We recently had a new hot water heater and also heating -AC  units installed. Dwight was very patient and kind when we had questions regarding replacing our units. Dwight answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable- which helped tremendously in making our decision to replace our units. During the installation Dwight, Tony and Justin were here. They were very respectful while they were here. Dwight explained how throughly. And ensuring if any questions arise we could contact him or geerts and plumbing. Have really appreciated the professionalism of the Geerts folks I've gotten to interact with. This morning I had a leak behind my wall in the bathroom in my apartment and Justin arrived 10 minutes after my landlord called. Saw the leak, shut off the water, and quickly got to work finding the source of the leak. Turned out to be a copper pipe fitting gone bad. He went to the truck, grabbed some tools and some plastic pipe to replace the bad copper one. About an hour later, everything was fixed and raring to go. We recently moved into a house and the air conditioning was not cooling off the house.  We scheduled with Geerts and Dwight was able to come that afternoon to take a look at it.  Since we were unable to be home, Dwight did a great job on informing me of what the issues was and giving me the options to fix the issue. Dwight did our yearly cleaning and checking of our furniture. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand.
